Morning Routines are key to our success stories!

As human beeings we are trained at an early age to operate in a schedule during the day week months and even years. Set golas. Break them into small tasks and break in even smaller sub tasks and start executing them untill we accomplish our biger goal.

As human beings, we are naturally inclined to create structure and follow schedules to achieve our goals. This approach of breaking down larger goals into smaller, manageable tasks is known as task decomposition, and it is a fundamental strategy for productivity and success. This way of organizing our time and efforts allows us to stay focused, track progress, and maintain a sense of direction in our lives.

From childhood, we are introduced to routines through schooling and daily activities. As we grow older, these habits become deeply ingrained, and we continue to apply them in various aspects of our lives, whether it's in education, work, personal projects, or even leisure activities.

Breaking down big goals into smaller tasks serves multiple purposes:

1. Clarity: It provides a clear roadmap of what needs to be accomplished and the steps required to get there, reducing ambiguity and uncertainty.

2. Motivation: Celebrating the completion of smaller tasks gives us a sense of accomplishment and boosts motivation to move forward.

3. Focus: By concentrating on one task at a time, we can avoid feeling overwhelmed and maintain focus on the immediate objective.

4. Time Management: Task decomposition allows for better time allocation, ensuring that each smaller task gets sufficient attention and resources.

5. Adaptability: When circumstances change, smaller tasks can be adjusted more easily, allowing for greater flexibility in achieving the overall goal.

In essence, this structured approach to goal-setting and task execution is an effective way to make progress in our personal and professional lives. It helps us avoid procrastination, stay organized, and maintain a sense of purpose as we work towards our aspirations.

"Success is not final; failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts." - Winston Churchill
